We invented the window, well, Technically speaking, the Romans made window glass panes from “flat glass” as early as the first century. The panes were small, not transparent, and have since been discovered at sites in Rome, Britain, and Pompeii.
In the mid 20th Century, we'll in 1940's to be precise, progress was made when Mr. Armstrong the founder of Refined Glass & Screen decided that in efforts to reduce electric bills in the Southern Arizona desert, “he” needed to help his customers – so he began offering a more modern type of window a more energy efficiency windows, hardly unheard of, (at least in a really cost-effective way), the “double-pane” window, offering the best price in town his clientele base grew very quickly, the results from the enjoyment of his clients and word of mouth, Refined offerings grew to include a number of services, long-story-short, making Refined the company of choice for Tucson business owners and contractors, as well for residential clients.
